Starting from the role of the Constitutional Court as guarantor of the supremacy of the Constitution, this study analyzes the effects of decisions issued by the Constitutional Court in the exercise of subsequent constitutionality control, identifying both general and specific procedural aspects retained in its vast jurisprudence on the matter.
